Is the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition (UPGRADE) discontinued?

Too sad it's no longer available.  I come to this game really late (just bought this game recently).  Is there any chance we could have Rey and Kylo's pre-order skin available for unlock in game in the future considering this game is already several years old?

@Darth_Weak They probably won't because the pre-order people would be mad, but I'm in the same boat and wouldn't mind those skins
