Issues with the EOR matchmaking system - examples

  • On which platform do you play? PC
  • In what region are you located? Europe
  • What ping site do you use? Germany
  • In which game mode the problem occurred? Galactic Assault, Heroes vs Villains
  • What exactly is the problem? - At EOR the game 40% of the time just does not load the next stage just gives me an End of Match screen and a Quit button. 60% of the time it does matchmake and loads the next level. But then it will not show the Continue button and my only option is to Quit and start a new search from the main menu. I can never play two rounds in a row and follow my team. 
  • When exactly the problem occurred? - Sad to say but every day I play this happens for the last month.  Today (December 9) multiple times between 15:30 CET and 16.30 CET.
  • (Optional) Any additional feedback? I have tried to reinstall the game from Origin but that had no effect at all.
