On which platform do you play? PC
In what region are you located? US
What ping site do you use? Virginia
In which game mode the problem occurred? This occurs in all game modes except for 40-man conquest
What exactly is the problem? - I constantly join lobbies where it says it is waiting for 8 players.  It never loads.  Even if it's waiting for 1-2 players...it hangs forever until I exit.
When exactly the problem occurred? - Currently it is 2:48PM EST.  However, this happens morning, noon, and night for me.  If I don't want to play 40-man Conquest, then I am screwed.
(Optional) Any additional feedback?  I'm a new player.  I've only played a week and have had this issue since Day 1.  This is extremely disheartening.  I just want to play the game.

@folman420 - Have you tried using different ping sites? Options/EA account/ping sites. You may have to cycle through them to get one that works for you. Best to try the ones with the least msecs 1st.
I'm in Australia and can only join GA & HvsV. For all other modes, I have to use the US Virginia ping site.
