it says weapons not owned when i've been using since the game came out.

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug So i had the Blurrg-1120 unlocked with the deluxe Edition, ever since i completed the 200 officer kills milestone, i cant equip it and it says weapons not owned when i've been using since the game came out.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? PANACONDA29
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/15/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11.30 AM

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the milestone progress and Officer Primary Weapons.
What happens when the bug occurs? it says weapons not owned.
What do you expect to see? I would like it unlocked like i have always had it.

  • @MrAgos I had this same bug, only with the heavy class. All you need to do is contact the EA Customer service. I took a couple days but a specialist managed to get me my gun back, I had locked itself for about a year.

    Hello @MrAgos and thanks for reporting this!

    There were quite some issues with challenges etc (attachments, weapons and more). To fix all of these, I think you better delete the game via Origin, then delete the SWBFII folders in your documents map and reinstall the game.

    What this does: it resets your local files (which are probably causing this problem) while keeping your online progression. Single player data will be deleted though!

    If that doesn't solve it, please have a read at these instructions here that will surely deal with this annoying issue!

    These issues are weird and probably caused by a failure in syncing with the EA servers. So it might be worth a try to follow these instructions here.

    The linked post is about another issue, but the steps might fix your problems as well as it resets your local progression. So all your online things are saved (credits, skins, progression of classes), but all the single player progression will be lost (arcade levels, the campaign).

    Can you try those steps and see if your weapon is available again?

    @DYSPROssium I just tried to do so but it didn't work, I think I'm gonna try to contact the EA Costumer Service and see if they can do something
