Keyboard and Mouse not being recognized in game

So I just recently tried to play Battlefront 2 again after not playing it for a couple of months and for some reason, my mouse and keyboard are not being recognized in game and will literally not do ...

    It might be a long shot, but do you also have Discord app installed on your PC? If yes, could you take a look at this post?
