Last Jedi Challenge Bug

This game is fundamentally BROKEN, there's something completely hinky going on with the multiplayer challenges regarding how kills are counted. I have filed multiple cases with EA only to have them repeatedly tell me it must be an isolated incident and if it were a major problem other people would be complaining(reporting) about the glitch. I don't call something that happens 100% of the time a glitch....it's called a CHEAT. I don't need to do hours of video comparison and kill/assist tracking to know this game is inhibiting progress. The question is are the developers going to correct this and atone for this slap in the face. I am currently at 164 kills on the Eradicate the Scum challenge....I should've finished this almost a week ago. I also experienced the same type of nonsense when it came to rounds being recorded in Starfighter Assault and ended up playing an extra 4 rounds (not matches). I don't feel like this is an accident, it has the stink of FIFA Ultimate Team all over it. Why would this problem be consistent across all platforms? Are the developers intentionally manipulating or skewing the the scoring and if not...then why I'm writing about this "BUG" so long after release? Please fix the game I've waited since childhood for and keep it honest.
