Shut down the game. Restarted. Crate magically appeared. Very glad.
unfortunately i am having the same issue. i have restarted the game multiple times and restarted a few as well and still no chest and the skin is locked. I'll keep trying though. i know it is supposed to end today.
Edit/update: i never got it. whatever i guess...
I had the same problem. Played about 4 or 5 games of CS and got zip!. Tried logging on Sunday but all of the EA server universe was DOWN. Restarted game, console, you name it. Nothing! Now that the 6th has passed, no way to claim Leia at all even if they did fix their servers. Thanks EA.
UPDATE: I contacted EA Support via the Chat System here, and they fixed it and added the Appearance for Leia for me. I advise anyone else with this problem to do the same.
