Lost All Progression(PS5)

  • So I went to reinstall Battlefront 2 yesterday only to find out that none of my cards, emotes, or skins are available. Everything is reset even though my collection screen is showing the correct levels. Is there a way to fix this?

    I have and the only thing that seems to come up is people waiting for a solution. I was just playing a few months ago. Nothing has changed on my console or EA account. Now all of a sudden my game is glitched and won't let me use my unlocked cards and cosmetics unless I play custom arcade. My class levels and everything is normal in custom games, but when I enter an online match, everything resets to lvl 1. This doesn't make any sense...is there no one that can help me?
