Well, I'd love to help you, buddy, but you see... you come here with a claim for which you don't have any evidence. Furthermore you change your statement everytime it gets debunked. First you got the crystals from milestones, then from crates... neither of those could possibly net you the amount of crystals you claim you've lost. So the only possible explanation might be that you got them during the beta. I haven't played the beta. But I am pretty sure others around here have. And the Mods might know about a possible wellspring of crystals during the beta as well. If the latter is nonexistent, your story just doesn't add up. I am really sorry if you really suffered a loss here, but at this point, it doesn't look too good.

You don't get crystals in crates. That's what we are saying. Even the description of each crate says so, as it outlines what each crate can contain. Crystals are never in them. They can be used to purchase them, as there is a credit or crystal price listed when buying the crates. No one is putting words in your mouth. You're either incredibly wrong/mistaken or the game is bugged for you if you've actually been getting crystals. If you have, I guarantee you that's not intended and they aren't going to give them to you unless you can show (or they can) that you purchased them or obtained through milestones. Since they turned it off almost from the get go, I don't see how you purchased them. I'm thinking you're confused about the term you're using, if not.... Again, you're game us bugged. EA is not handing out crystals in crates.

After a tabulation of Campaign, Arcade, Multiplayer, Troopers, Heroes and Starfighter Milestones, if you completes all of them, the highest amount of crystals awarded 1145 615. That is a lot short from 4,000.editied due to old screen shots only at present. updated with actual console data 02-16-2018

So you have ten as in the number 10 individual cases of the same thing that you have actually spoken with EA Help? Where these emails, chat windows or phone calls? And each person, I mean each EA Help representative told you to have your problem fixed here at Answers HQ? Not that I am doubting you, but I chatted with a representative about the Surprise Crate, and it was attached to my email address within 40 minutes.

Lost source crystals because of update.. About four thousand

@Bejaminharnisch Hello, are you saying you had purchased crystals? Or are you referring to another in-game currency?

If your issue is with crystals, how did you get these on your account? When were they added?

@Bejaminharnisch Hi, looking into this I can't see any evidence of these crystals.

As @TheSplynncryth says, even with completing all milestones there isn't a way to get anywhere near to 4000 crystals.

If you didn't purchase these before the launch of the game, then it looks like there's a mixup, or an old visual glitch.

In each Daily Crate since I do not know when, you would normally receive one Star Card, one unit of 75 credits and 15 crafting parts. Crafting parts are not Crystals. Crystals can only be used to purchase addition Crates such as Trooper, Starfigher, and Hero. Crafting parts are used for crafting and upgrading Star Cards.

Even with 4000 crafting parts, with one daily crate supplying 15, it would take 266 days of logins. And even with all the Milestones completed, I personally would have to check later, but it is unlikely you would reach that amount.

It would be easier to believe if you have screen shots, if indeed you are getting 15 crystals each day and not 15 crafting parts like everyone else.

Please dont put words in my mouth. I said 15 per crate not per daily login.. Ive been playing since beta i had a couple thousand crystals i could have bought some more crate with but they suddenly dissapeared after the update.. Im not lying.. Just want a game to work correctly cause i obly have 5 now that i received shortly after the incident nothing else so far so i think stuff just change and yal are being stingy with crystals so yal striped me of mine real quick.. I want to use them!!! Theyre not there.....

I think people might be a little stingy because you said you got them from crates. But crates don't drop crystals, only Star Cards, Emotes, Victory Poses and Crafting Parts (plus, rarely, weapons or mods), as far as I know. It is possible, of course, that crates did contain crystals during the beta, but I wouldn't know.
