Hi everyone!

This problem has already been reported to our specialists, but I'm going to bump the case since the problem still occurs after the latest update.

I'm sorry if it seemed that we haven't acknowledged it before.

It's still happening. Luckily I noticed it on the loading screen before a game of Hero Showdown.

    I recently experienced this too. It's not fixed yet.
