Map Not Loading In Once I Reach Phase 2

If I am playing a match where we reach Phase 2, once we start to board the ship, the ship interior and exterior does not load in. So, once the cutscene finishes and I pick my class, my character spawns in and all I can see is the skybox of the map and the void. This leaves the game to be unplayable whenever I go into Phase 2. I play on PS4.
