Map Not Loading In Once I Reach Phase 2

If I am playing a match where we reach Phase 2, once we start to board the ship, the ship interior and exterior does not load in. So, once the cutscene finishes and I pick my class, my character spaw...

Hey @Yaykuby  could you try to power cycle the console to see if that helps. 

How to power cycle: 

  1. Turn of the console.
  2. Unplug the power cord.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord.
  5. Start the console back up.
