Matchmaking in Hero showdown is pretty awful

And if someone leaves the game midway, you are left hanging in between rounds waiting for another player.  Although it sometimes seems to just end abruptly...maybe both other players left?  It's not really a great mode because of this.  The game concept is interesting, but this lousy matchmaking makes it kind of not worth it for me to wait around for so long for a 5 minute match.  On average, it has been more waiting than playing when I try to play this mode.  Even when you finally have enough players, there is waaaaayyy too much time to pick your hero.  C'mon, if it takes you more than 10 seconds to pick a hero, what's up with that?  And then, if you are the first to die, it's potentially another loooong wait while you wait for your partner to either defeat or be defeated.  No wonder people just leave the match midway.
