Maul's Kenobi emote

Summarize your bug I dont know if this is a bug since there are TWO challenges to receive the emote for some reason, but it sure is annoying, so here it goes. I completed Old Rivalry. It said milestone completed. I did not receive the emote. It wasnt in the crate, and when I went to Darth Maul in the collections tab it says I needed to unlock it through milestones...which I should've just done. I dont even think it gave me an error. I didnt see one, anyway. If its going to make me complete the second challenge anyway, the first one shouldn't have existed. I dont like false hope or being lied to after spending so much time playing.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Probably just kill 1500 as Darth Maul and watch nothing happen. I dont know.
What happens when the bug occurs? I dont receive the emote despite having MILESTONE COMPLETE show up
What do you expect to see? The emote available to be used.

Check your voicelines,
Maul has a voiceline conveniently called 'Kenobi'
That's why there are 2 challenges

When you say you went to the crates menu and it wasn't there, do you mean there was no crate, or that you opened the crate and there was nothing inside?
But @Airgame1 is right, there are 2 challenges because one unlocks the Voice Line (VO) and the other unlocks the Emote. Those are 2 different things, and you can set both your Emotes' and Voice Lines' wheels going to the Collection Menu and selecting the hero you want to customize.
DICE doesn't make it clear which milestone unlocks which feature, but I assume the one you did unlocks the VO (which is just the Kenobi! audio), while the other (tougher) milestone unlocks the Emote (which is both the audio and the animation together).
If you haven't received the VO either, then I suggest getting in touch with EA Help like @EA_Atic suggested

@RogueZeroRendar I mean after I completed it, it showed that I had something in my crate, and when I clicked on it, all I got was 1000 credits. I'll have to check to see if I have the voice line. Thanks for the info! I didn't realize they were challenges for technically two different things.

The Kenobi given at 1500 kills is the vpiceline for maul and not the emote. I thought I hadn't gotten it either but soon realised it was the voice line that you get and not the emote.
