There are mods coming out for Star Wars BF 2 (2017). Would there be any ban or oder action taken against the ones who uses this mods?

I'm on XB1 so no mods for me but a definite issue with "changing the visual effect" would be say, re-skinning a droid enforcer with a wookie enforcer. Doesn't change game functions (might take a minute for people to notice the wookie firing wrist rockets) but it certainly would have an effect on the game play and an unfair advantage.
Here is an idea for an awesome mod: English mod. A mod that lets you choose English in the language setting even if EA's stupid region filter (the most idiotic decision to be made in the history of game development) doesn't let you.
Ok so why are people getting banned for using unharmful mods?
Yes some one got a fair fight ban apparently, he posted it on the forum.
Wait your all talking about the PC right? Star Trek Legacy on PC has thousands of mods were as the console version has none. So thus I’m assuming you mean the PC version of SWBF2, just saying.
