When assigning a static IP, it is likely an IP behind your firewall (i.e. NATing). What the game servers are seeing is your one internet-facing IP (the one your ISP provided). While I cannot say for sure, I'm wondering if the SWBF2 servers are having a tough time figuring out which of the devices behind your firewall to communicate with. While you would think port forwarding would address this, I'm not so sure.
If you haven't already, remove the port forwarding, etc. and try playing on each device by itself and see if each device has the issues.

Darth, first off, greatly appreciate your suggestion! This past weekend, I removed the port forwarding and port triggering settings, left windows firewall off, and even turned off static IP (probably not a good idea but not sure what else to do). Each of the (4) machines can access the game servers by themselves; however, in a party (2) devices get kicked out with a LAN-related error code every time.
Next, have ordered a new router (had Netgear nighthawk, going with Asus Rog Rapture) and will use a VPN if I have to. Might even contact my ISP provider to see if they have a solution (not holding my breath). I’m wondering if UPnP could be a problem, but don’t know much about that.
