My game keeps crashing on instant action and multiplayer while playing the game

My game keeps crashing after i bought the game on steam. Can someone help me with this?

8gb DDR4 RAM

A year ago i played the game on origin with my friend's account on this laptop and no issues whatsoever regarding the game

but when i bought this game today, the game keeps crashing while i was playing.

I got 40-60fps while playing the game. it doesn't lag. but it does stutter a lot and it crashed out of nowhere from time to time

I tried:

Run as administrator

Vsync/Windowed(It only works on naboo only)

Reinstalling

Deleting the caches including Origin.

Any other solutions for an intel graphics like me?
