no idea how this works
Hello,
my EA account has a verification email which belonged to my grandfather. unfortunately, when he passed, so too did the email. I have been searching for a way to contact EA about this, and this is the only thing ive found in the way of remedy. please, if anyone can help, i need to change this two factor email so i can recover the account and link it to steam.
