No pre-order bonus in star wars battlefront 2 dic
I pre-ordered Star Wars battlefront 2 PS4 physical copy disc but I can't find the pre-order bonus in game and in the disc box.

I had the same problem and found out It will appear on the game on the Collections menu. It will not appear on the extra content tab on Origin or on disk

The pre-order bonus is TLJ outfits and epic star cards for Rey & Kylo Ren, and immediate access to the Rey & Chewbacca Millennium Falcon from TFA with updated look and sounds/abilities. All heroes/villains should be available to play as in Arcade mode's battle scenariors, regardless if you unlocked them yet or not. Same for custom arcade. The requirement for 'star card slot 2' is for equipping more star cards once you reach a certain level per class/hero by upgrading/collecting more star cards for them. The heroes Luke, Leia, etc and villains Darth Vader, Palpatine, Iden Versio, etc are locked for credits to unlock them for playing. So I recommend to save up credits to unlock the heroes/villains you want or have remaining to unlock so you always have an option to spawn in Heroes vs Villains mode or if a spare slot is open during Galactic/Starfighter Assault. Hopefully that answers your question regarding them. Also, completing the singleplayer campaign gives you 5,000 credits just enough to unlock Iden Versio. Right now I'm saving up all my credits to unlock all the heroes/villains in one go.

You should had received a code on your receipt most likely for pre-order bonuses.
Turns out the manager of the manager of the store lied and kept the preorder bonus code in secret. I had to argue my way out until I got my code I could have gotten scammed if I didn't argue.
