No reward crate for First Order win

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:PC
What is your issue related to? In-Game Store & Crates
Summarize your bug I picked the First Order, we won, and I never got the reward crate with a random epic card.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? CaptRex189
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 1/17/18
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 6:00
In what game mode did the bug occur? Campaign
What is your time zone? PNT (MST) - GMT - 7:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Search my claimed rewards?
What happens when the bug occurs? I didn't get my reward...
What do you expect to see? My reward
Please select your region North America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

I'd really like for this to be fixed, this is messed up!

    Hey @vettalec

    I took a look on your account and can see that you open up the crate this morning and got the cards for it.

    Can you take another look in your collection and make sure that you did not miss anything. 🙂

    Can you see what cards i got? Because i got the FO victory crate, but it failed to open. I tried looking and cant find it. should be an epic card for the FO correct?

    Its only cards you get from the victory crate.

    3 Green cards and 1 Epic.

    I did get it @EA_Atic , I replied in the forums, but shoulda done it here too. Thanks a lot for resolving this. Funny enough, I got the exact card I was going to do next, y'all are psychic or something. Thanks!

    Thanks for your message, I didn't have an issue with the victory crate, I got that, I think the threads have been merged maybe...my issue was that after doing about 9 Last Jedi timed challenges over Christmas there was a load of different booster crates for completing them...when the end of the period came (a lot of them ended at the same time), there was nothing apart from the victory crate.

    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) First time I launched the game that day, and every consecutive time since.
    In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
    What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log on to the game using my account.
    What happens when the bug occurs? No victory crate rewarded.
    What do you expect to see? A victory crate for the First Order available to open
    Please select your region North America
    AMD or Nvidia Model Number RX 480

    I never got a crate with epic star cards for phasma when picking the first order.
