@MasterAmras is correct, I'd like to bump this because I experienced this again while playing with @BS-BloodSpiller last month, and it happened on both our games, and both phase objectives on Hoth were completed simultaneously.
This seems to be a simple programming mistake, like I described before: the routine of a phase objective completion overrides the previous routine for the other phase objective completion, which ends by leaving one of the markers stuck on screen until the match is over.
As these markers are big, solid, and take precedence over any other element of the UI, it disturbs players who are affected. Seems to be an easy fix to me, I hope it's caused by the interaction of the game's code elements, and not something internal to Frostbite (like the Sound BUG).
Hello everyone! The patchnotes for the update of tomorrow are out and it containted this line:
> Fixed an issue where the HUD icons would not disappear for the defending team, if the first two points were captured at relatively the same time.
So I suppose that they ment this bug, however, they put it only under Jakku, while I have clearly experienced this bug on other maps as well!

I'm glad the patch notes contained this BUG as fixed, I hope they fixed it and not just put it as fixed in the notes.
But it being restricted to Jakku is probably a miscommunication on their part. Remember when they fixed the Chickens in Takodana? Patch notes stated that, but in reality they fixed all animals that weren't moving in several maps like the birds in Jakku, the monkeys in Kashyyyk and Yavin, and the chickens in Takodana.
TBF, these were one of the best if not THE best patch notes I've ever seen since release. If they manage to have done most of what they said they did, it'll go to history as the best bug fixing and game balancing patch update.
