I realise that OT Supremacy does not have a capital ship phase as time ran out.
But as the MC85 and Resurgent Destroyer are so close to and MC80 and Imperial Destroyer, is it a possibility to use these maps with OT heroes and troopers?
Just a workaround, but not sure how complex it would be and if it is even in the new remit.

DICE TeamYeah I suppose this could work but the ST capital ships are not on the level of the PT ships. They don't have hangars, so the action doesn't happen the same way. To me, this is one of the signs support was winding down end of last year.
I think the fact OT doesn't have a ship phase gives it a unique flavor. I just wish they used more of the maps and gave us more control points instead. For instance, on Hoth they could have put 7 control points on the map and orgainized them so that the hangars and caves were part of the action. On Yavin 4, they could have also put 7 points and spaced them so that the Jedi Temple is part of the action. That's the sort of thing I expected.
Honestly I wish we had OT interior maps, but the MC80 and Resurgent would just feel like a re skin rather than something authentic. I mean the dream obviously would be a new interior for Imperial Star Destroyer and maybe a remaster BF2 style of the Tantive IV from the OG ones, but that's just a dream now with no more content😔😔
(but yeah, it would be cool)
