Summarize your bug When using the main lightning ability of palpatine, the sound often glitches, creating weird repetitive audio. It is pretty hard to describe this sound, see videos below.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as Palpatine in any mode. Use his main weapon on enemies while sometimes using other abilities simultaneously. You will hear his lightning sound changes and glitches out.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sound becomes very sharp and honestly, it feels like it shouldn't do so. There is of course a possibility this sound must be glitchy due to it belonging to 'lightning', but due to its repetitiveness, I doubt it.
What do you expect to see? Just the normal sound of the lightning, not such sharp repetitive sound.

Maybe this bug is caused by the stamina completely filled up or by Palpatine using multiple abilities. It doesn't sound nice and bothers me every time.
