Palpatine's Main Ability Hits Everyone without Aiming

Summarize your bug Have you noticed how broken Palpatine has been since the Solo Season Part 2 patch? You don't have to aim at all to hit with two-handed lightning anymore, as long as the enemy isn't behind you. I posted a video where I explored this issue. It seems like you'll hit enemies as long as they aren't behind you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7sf8NX6c20 Let's go through the history of Palpatine "fixes" Dice has implemented since launch. At release, Palpatine was fine, but people complained he was weak, so Dice made it so he did more damage, had more stamina, and could SHOOT LIGHTNING THROUGH WALLS. They didn't fix it for months. When they did, he was perfect, if not a little overpowered still. They decided that it was too easy to get kills with lightning, so they wanted to make players aim more accurately to do damage. Great idea and a good fix. Solo Season Part 2 comes out, and suddenly there's no aim required and Palpatine does incredible damage (probably because he's essentially an aimbot now). What's Dice's next move? Make it so his broken main ability recharges FASTER and make Chain Lightning more effective. Please fix Palpatine.

What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as Palpatine in any game mode and use the regular two-handed lightning attack on an enemy you aren't looking at.
What happens when the bug occurs? Palpatine kills everyone instantly.
What do you expect to see? Change the degree of accuracy required to hit enemies with the regular two-handed lightning attack back to the way it was before the Solo Season Part 2 patch. Alternatively, remove the Emperor from the game like you did with Crait until you can fix him properly.
