Pixelated smoke, fire, explosions, reflections

Everytime I play SWBF2 on my xbox one (original) I can notice that the game suffers from render delay, jaggies and pixelated smokes/reflections.

Same thing here as well, reflections in particular looks horribly pixelated. Like they are in 8-bit or something.

What should look like shiny floors looks really bad. I saw the same thing in Mass Effect : Andromeda, reflections on surfaces and guns looked like that.

I have all video settings maxed, I hope its not supposed to look like that.

I have a GTX 770 with the latest drivers (tried the game ready drivers as well, same thing) on Win 7 64-bit.

I was doing some testing and the pixelation seems to be caused by something in the Post Process Quality video setting. If you set it to Low the pixelation goes away but you loose the reflections of some lights and who knows what else.

I wonder if this is a bug or its working as intended? I can't imagine someone would think that effect looks good.

Hmm, yeah you're on Xbox. Perhaps this pixelation is done intentionally as some kind of performance optimization.

I have'nt played BF1 (Assuming thats Battlefield 1) or Titanfall, but Mass Effect Andromeda was the same way. The reflections on shiny surfaces were all pixelated and some of the effects were like that.

I still have that problem (RTX2070). I found a temporary solution, works on PC. In the console type "PostProcess.ScreenSpaceRaytraceFullresEnable true". Is there a way to apply it at launch?
