Playing Battlefront 2
Please be aware that most of your coins earnt through Battlefront 2 can be lost within an instant. The game appears to be designed to influence an accidental purchase. I asked for a refund or change of skin, due to an accidental purchase!
They have not considered my request in any shape or form, which is quite ridiculous! A Multi-million dollar company, can not refund me for an accidental purchase or even change a skin! But if I were to do it myself through other means without paying, they would not hesitate to disable my account or ban me!
Probably the most terrible help team I have come across. Other games, offer refunds with an interest because of their mistakes! Or due to the time, a player puts into a game!
There are no 'are you sure' notifications and they drive you to the store, rather than a next crate!
Keep in mind all of your hard work on Battlefront 2 can be lost within a second and EA or battlefront doesn't care!

Sadly there is no way to get credit refunds. I think we all have accidentally bought something in battlefront II that we wish we could un-buy. Unless a way to refund is added to the game, there will be no way to credit refunds. If you are buying crystals with real money, you may be able to get a refund. The process on the PS4 is pretty fool proof and I don't think you can make a non-refundable purchase on accident. If this did not help, try contacting EA or the place you bought the crystals. If your problem is with accidentally purchasing a skin or emote, you will not be able to get a refund.
