I was playing Co-Op today when I realized that I was levelling up. I had already reached Level 50 and so I was shocked. I quickly backed out of the game and noticed that my account level had reset to 0. Not only that but any Hero I had over the level 37 reset to that level, My heavy class went from being in the 170s-180s to level 72, and all my progress on challenges reset (ex. I had over 2000 dark side kills for the Dark Master skin and that reset to 0). I tried reseting the game and my console but neither worked. I don't know what to do.
