Progress lost
Came back to the game after a year or so, and my progress for my specialty class and assault class is gone.

I've seen a couple of these this past month.
You might try clearing your cache and if that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game.
Obviously, you want to make sure you are using the same account that you were using a year ago.

Sorry about that. That article used to have more specifics for consoles.
While I'm not a PS5 guy myself, you can google how to clear your cache. I believe it involves accessing the Safe Mode menu and selecting the Clear Cache and Rebuild Database.
Cleared my cash and rebuilt my database. Didn’t do anything, this is so disappointing.
