[PS4] "This account can't get online."
My brother (10) has had trouble trying to get online in Battlefront 2. All of the PS4's parental control issues have been fixed, but now the game itself it telling him that he can't play online. I've heard something about law/EA preventing him from going online, but he's been able to play Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 just fine. Is there any solution?
- @thecraftwiz - What age does he have on his EA/PS account. There are restrictions on content/multiplayer based on age. Go to this link https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/online-access-for-child-accounts/#agerequirements. You may have to start a new account with higher age.
