Queue Function is Broken

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to join a game a friend is in, or invite a friend to a game you are already in.
What happens when the bug occurs? The queue does not start. Once, when you'd join a friend, or get invited to a game that was ongoing, you'd either get in the game immediately, or you'd be put in the queue. Now, not only can you not join regardless of player count in the game, you do not get put into a queue, and are made to wait until your friend(s) leave the lobby. The bug has existed since the patch that added Felucia, and I probably should have reported this months ago, but I'm an idiot and thought other players would report it.
What do you expect to see? I expect to either join the game upon being invited or pressing triangle on a friend, or to be put in the queue.

I said that it occurs in Galactic Assault, but that's because there is no option for all multiplayer modes, and it's a required field. It happens in all multiplayer modes, as far as I'm aware. The only mode I've been unable to test it in is Starfighter Heroes.
