found a work around
i noticed the issue only happens in 4k, if ur running a 4 tv like myself you can switch over to 1080p and set resolution scale to 200, doesn't look as good but functional.
seems like the game doesn't support 4k.

I use 4k resolution but at 75 percent resolution scale and everything on low settings

With the latest update, using dx12 i do get less lag loading into games and reduced twitching during!

If combat rolling in windowed mode didn't activate a windows menu and cause the game to lose focus, I'd use windowed mode in 1080p at high settings!

ur gonna love me, i found a fix that allows use of 4k fullscreen

Turn off windows game bar.... yes that simple and it fixed all my issues

thank you ea support for ur timely response, haven't been able to play for months 🙂
