@C-townladiesmanSomeone on the forum here made a post about all enforcers and mentioned as a strong downside of the ground slam that your opponent gets faster up than you, thereby decreasing your chances to win again.
Sure, your opponent loses health due to the slam but if we compare this to the the stun gadgets of the ARC Trooper and the CC that allow you to shoot with your higher rpm guns at your opponents, beginning at the moment while they're still being pushed, it comes off comparably weak.
That's from the post at least, I don't really play the wookies often except in Dreadnought attack/defence and never really need the slam, so I haven't tested that out yet.
- @TRlALON You are correct that’s my problem with the slam, the enemy gets up before you can even fire at them, making it useless, and since you’ve already lost a bunch of health doing the slam and only regaining a bit, they can easily kill you
Slams is only good if you have a team with you to take advantage of the situation quickly
- @ToddyRocket1 Teamwork in battlefront 2? Haha I think you’re playing the wrong game
- C-townladiesman5 years agoSeasoned Veteran@TRlALON wookies are pretty situational. If you expect to be alive after running into a crowd doing the slam then you are wrong. You can barely do that with chewbacca. I also like to activate the frenzy ability prior to the grand slam since its full auto so when the wookie starts doing the slam just hold down the fire button and aim. Works "most" of the time.
- @C-townladiesman You do realise doing the slam will cancel overload if it’s activated right?
