I see a few older posts about shaking, but no resolution.

I don't see any specific settings in game specifically for shaking. However, I can say I've played on PC for years and haven't had the issue.

Perhaps explore the Fullscreen Mode in-game settings. I have mine set to Borderless.

You may also want to try turning off Vertical Sync.

You want DirectX 12 off, if it's not already.
