Hmmm doesn’t help much really. You still have to replay the campaign from mission 4 onwards. This has just unlocked one extra mission.

No, it is OK. It isn't ideal, but you just have to play from the 4th mission on and then all the missions will be available to choose from whenever you want, so you can play your favorites at will.

This must be new with the patch, as I did exactly as you said (starting at level 3) a week ago and once finished still could not select any missions after level 3.

Same problem on Xone...i mean i could restart the campaign after lvl 3...i guess..hopefully this actually fixes it
I completed the trial pre-release and the campaign before the patch, then only had the first three missions were available on the select mission screen. Then after the patch "The Observatory" was also available. Nothing past that fourth mission is available. Can we please have this fix? I do not want to play through the entire campaign again.

Yes, that's why I said "anyone else". I'm looking for someone else to confirm that macattack41902's method works now.
In case you hadn't noticed, this now seems to be fixed. I can see all the original missions plus the new ones.
