Do you use Discord? Discord's Gaming Overlay is usually the culprit to that specific BUG. If you do have it, disable the overlay, or just quit discord and then try to play the game.

Other Gaming Overlays may cause that as well, Origin Ingame Overlay is another such case, but I'd try Discord's one first (although IMO Origin Ingame Overlay is better turned off anyway).
