I actually have some confidence that they will be able to give us back the missing credits without too much of a problem.  They have said they will be giving us back the credits is the first indicator :eahigh_file: Second indicator is that it has been determined this is related to the elevated level status entering matches (your character is only "x" level but when entering a match it displays "x+y").  From the conversations, it's telling us the card level is being recorded somewhere.  Since all of the databases are on EA servers (or Dice/Origin/etc), they can see that card X is grey, meaning it should be "level 1".  If you get another grey, it should see it as a duplicate (still level 1) and award credits.  The bug is in the fact that you are getting a duplicate but it isn't recognizing a duplicate so no credits, right?  The database still sees the card as a +1 though (since no credits are awarded) so character level is artificially high when you enter matches.  The info we need is right there in the differential between what is displaying when entering matches, vs. what you see locally in your cards.  You can go through every character and calculate how many cards you haven't received credit for (by playing a match with them).  Offline says you're 12 and online says 15?  That means that character received three "level upgrades" that you didn't get credit for.  Crappy part would be trying to determine, did I get that as three grey cards that give 200 dup credits each (600 total) or one blue card that gives 1200 total?  I have no idea how intricate their databases are, but I'm guessing part of the delay is figuring out which cards were duplicates.  Some people on the forums have done an amazing job of cataloging their losses so it forces the dev's hands to come up with a rigorous solution.  I have full faith we'll get credits back.  How many and how long it takes?  Well, that's a different story 😃

There suppose to be a patch coming today - to fix the milestones bugs. Maybe (and that's a BIG maybe!) it might just help with this.

This bug has been around since day 1. There were people posting that they had this bug on day 3.

EA HAS NOT FIXED THIS IN OVER 2 1/2 MONTHS!!!

THAT IS 100% NOT ACCEPTABLE IN ANY GAME, AT LEAST FOR A PROGRESSION STOPPING ISSUE.

I for one have already said "I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER EA PRODUCT", and I agree that this needs to be made a bigger issue. I still don't see a single major YouTuber that has thousands of Sub's that has made a video to make this issue public knowledge.

So there's no pressure to fix this issue. And, EA's devs have proven their incompetence.

I really don't even want to play any more. The longer I've had this bug the less and less I even want to log on for me free daily crate. I think I played once in the last week.

I'm now going to post this all on social media, and find some YouTubers like AngryJoe to make a video. But, I'm sure some will not and are not posting about it because they are worried that the bad PR will lead to EA not inviting them to the special events and tests.

Pathetic!!! Poor business Ethics! I'm going to laugh be butt off when EA is voted the worst company in America for the third time in a row.
