Same here, updated to 1.2 patch, got ~ 40k in back credits, but every duplicate loot crate I open is still not giving credit. I've logged in and out, gone in and out of play, but they aren't being credited.

Did you see or do anything special before you got your backlog credits or were they just there when you opened everything up? Are you on console or PC? Just trying to see if the community can help isolate the variables to help out the dev team. Which gets us back up and running faster. - @NAPAULION
The crate you opened before you got your backlog, was it a daily crate or a purchased crate? If purchased, which crate (Trooper, Starfighter, Hero)? I think the worst part of all this is to hear from my fellow gamers on Xbox how they are so stoked with all the changes. The same people who have progressed in the game unimpaired by duplicate item credits. These same people who were up in arms about how they couldn't get a scope or 250 credit milestone to open up. I tried to play the game today, I am just too mad. Too mad to even consider how long we would have to wait for EA to fix this.
@grimmace2 I'm on PC. I logged in and saw no extra credits or crates, even when I have a notice there's a crate available. I usually have to join an online game, leave, and then it updated with a daily or special crate and the one-time 40k credit payout.
Knowing that, I opened a bunch of crates, kept track of my starting and ending credits with each purchase, and watched as the balance kept dropping faster than my count showed. I should have been down 2200 buying the crate, get back 1200 from duplicates, but I still ended up with zero credit refunded to my balance. I note the balance, join a game, then come back, and the 1200 duplicate balance still isn't added. I log out and in again, and the balance still remains the same. I am getting the straight credits and spare parts, but the duplicate card values just aren't being credited.
