Good luck with all that. I honestly believe that they have just strung us along all these months, just to blow us off now that they are hopping to replace us with the new ppl buying the game due to the new system. They screwed us, won't answer us, didn't even bother to address our issue at all in all the new system info or q&As I am so pissed I can barely contain it. Wtf is our records? None by the looks of it. If anyone finds a lawyer that will take a case against EA might as well make it a class action I will join! I'm sure most on this thread will. It's just one simple question @EA_David or whomever answers here (haha) what about us with this new system?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Let's take a deep breath and remember that it's been the weekend, and it's just now 8am west coast time. Give them a chance to respond before calling for anyone's head.
I know I don't like to hear about clients wanting me fired first thing on a monday so we're probably much more likely to get dialog and feedback without screaming about lawsuits. (Besides, what's the financial hit? Consider $20 for the delux edition had 6 epic cards which was 4k+ worth of parts, but also had guns and skins and such. So 100k of duplicate missing credits is what, two lattes?) (I mean we're certainly owed that progression. It's seriously frustrating. but it's hardly lawsuit worthy.)

The patch drops in two days.
If they have no answer for us now, they have no answer period. We're getting screwed on progression. If we're lucky, we may, at some point, get the credits refunded. I'm not holding my breath either way. This has been an exercise in futility from the beginning and I've lost a lot of confidence in EA/DICE.
