Are you trying to reset the password for the account you're posting with? If so, that looks to be the wrong account as no EA games have been played on it. If you don't know the email of your EA account, please open a case here. An advisor will need to go through the account recovery process with you. Thanks!
I am trying to play games using this account because my other one is marked as invalid and so is this one.
My other account that I've tried using is this one JACOBOTHEHOBO96. This account is also invalid and I would either like a full refund on Battlefront 2 or for my account to work so I can actually play multiplayer which is the only reason I bought the game.
Community ManagerThat makes sense for the account you're posting with since it's not the account you normally play on. Try contacting an advisor as I mentioned before and they'll try to get you playing again.

If you want to seek out a refund instead, you'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if that's possible. If that was through Origin, an advisor can see if you qualify for a refund.
