Hello, I am having trouble trying to connect to the EA servers after I lost connection while awaiting for a Co-op match to fulfill the timed event. I have tried to reconnect and restarted both the game and the PS4 Pro console, but no success.
Is there a method I can use to solve this? If no, please reply as soon as possible. It would be a shame to miss out on the timed challenge due to a technicality.

There were some connectivity issues earlier but they should be resolved by now. Power cycling the console and network should help clear up this error. We have some additional steps below if necessary.

I just bought Battlefront 2 and I cant connect at all. I've hard reset my xbox, I've deleted the games cache, I've turned off upnp. Nothing is helping. This is totally unacceptable for a game that has been out for years. I can play other games just fine. Any other tips?
So I still cant play online, no one responded to my last post. I'm on xbox trying to get battlefront 2 to work online. I've cleared the game's cache, turned off upnp, and did a hard reboot on my xbox. I'm still getting a message that I cant connect to EA servers (error code 721) despite very clearly being online with an open NAT type. I'm hoping someone can give me a solution before I try to get a refund, but I still cant play any online play.
