I’ve been having this for over a month now... using my phones internet to be able to connect, resulting in massive phone bills.. will you ever fix it!!!

I posted a way to fix it on this webpage if you have ps4

To fix this on ps4, change the WiFi to custom and do automatic for every option except the DNS for this option change the primary numbers to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary to 8.8.4.4.

Hello, I too am getting the glorious 721 error code. I have used EA with battlefronts 2 since January without incident. I am not connected through wifi, I am directly on the lan. Nonetheless, I used the suggested primary and secondary DNS settings but still nothing. Any info about this appreciated!

Hey Guerro311, I am on a ps4 and I have tried everything that I can think of getting rid of the error 721 and playing multiplayer again. I played it last night and it was working fine. I have restarted my ps4 like 7 times now, I have switch my wifi off and on twice and I tried to reset the wifi like you said but it still didn't work. please help me asap. Cheers

Im getting this too! I know its connecting to their servers because I can see it via Wireshark. Also Origin connects just fine.
