I too have this problem and my account is from Epic Games as well. I read about this problem and it is problem from EA Its self . So be patient and wait for them to fix more populated servers.

Same error(s) here 918 and 6 something every now and then. It's extremely helpful that I am not alone in this issue lol. Hopefully they resolve it soon!
