You get this error message if there was a network issues some where between your console/pc to our servers. I recommend that you take a look on our connective guide. @DarthDumpring  @Jonny_Sparta

@EA_Atic sorry for the late response. I'm pretty sure its not a connection issue because it works for every map except kasshyyk, felucia, geonosis, and ajan kloss. I think it crashes because all these planets have a ton of stuff to load because it has so many plants or landscape unlike the death star where its just the interior. Also i only get error code 201 once in a while, it usually doesnt give me an error code

Ive also tried trouble shooting my connection and set an fps limit at 30

@EA_AticI'm also having this issue, and I play on PS4. I can confirm it is not our internet causing an issue. We (myself and 2 roommates) have our playstations set up in the same room. We can obviously see when 1 or two of us gets kicked, but the third is still in the server just fine. Its inconsistent which of us will get kicked. Sometimes all three of us get kicked, sometimes simultaneously, and sometimes staggered. It happens when in a group, or even when we try to play separate/solo. Sometimes its mid round, sometimes its during the loading screen, and sometimes it immediately kicks you before the loading screen even loads.

We have our PS4's hardlined, but have also tried wifi. We have checked our hardware (router, motem, etc.) and there are no issues. The kicking has gotten worse, from being a rare occurrence, to now being all day every day.

I can also confirm that its not our issue, its a server issue? Several HvV matches I see players leave the match at random intervals (and I see their model freeze as though due to lag, before they ultimately get kicked, which is another issue because they become a free point for the other team if they eliminate them before they disappear).

Please help us! Its unplayable right now.

It's also worth noting that this happens on all game modes. I have gotten kicked from HvV, GA, CS, Ewoks, Operations, Co-op... eeeverything.

Also, when you get kicked, you stay in the group, and stay connected to the servers. One time... and this has only happened that. one. time.... I got fully kicked, and abruptly. No zoom in to weird 1st person view before getting kicked to the main menu, I went from freshly spawning and beginning to run, immediately to the loading screen. I even had to reconnect to the servers. That happened just last night around midnight.

Literally just now we decided to play Battlefield 1 (since we keep getting booted in Battlefront 2) and all was good... until the fire nation attacked.

All three of us loaded up, and one of us instantly got booted. All good though, right? 1/3? Rejoin!

I. Got. Booted. Now my game glitched out and I have a black screen (all good, just restarted, but still).

Oh my... I can’t make this up. As I am typing this he just got booted agai-

Aaaaaand now the last of us has fallen.......... all of us have been kicked.

I can share usernames if needed. And screen captures of the boots with error messages and such.

Please, EA, can we get any confirmation that you are aware or are working on the problem? We just wanna play our favorite games 🙂

Hey @jonnyboy705  not something we are tracking, you get booted out because the system is seeing you all 3 have the same IP - all 3 PS4 need different IP. If you don't know how to set that up I recommend talking to your ISP and see if they can help you out.

@EA_Atic the game is crashing regularly on Xbox for myself and several friends whether it's Heroes versus Villains or Capital Supremacy. Freezes buzzes crashes

To further update: we have even tried the dynamic/open network suggestion and STILL get booted. Last night we got booted a total of 5 times (between the 3 of us). 

I'm having a very similar issue [PS4]. Every time I get into a game I get kicked either immediately or within 10 minutes. I get an Error 672. I've tried all the connectivity fixes and more. Might make a separate post for mine and see if I can get some help

Another update! Just last night, and this weekend during HU, the servers seemed to be overloaded. I got booted 2 times, my roommate got booted once. We decided to quit and test Battlefield 1, and were also having issues. One or two of us would get booted, while one of us remained in server and playing, no issues.
