You can’t just run and gun in this game. Strategy is essential. If you are struggling, try some other modes, or stick with your teammates. 

Also, there is no reason to scream at the developers of this game. They were severely understaffed after launch and were a third party hired by EA. 

Finally, if you’re frustrated with the game, take a break and get some fresh air.
