Hi, thank you for answering me.

I did what you said + to clear the cache (which forced me to download the last update again) and it worked. I then worked on the computer all day (internet and OpenOfficeWriter, nothing else) being careful not to close the Origin launcher that remained in the taskbar. In the evening, I launch the game, ... bim "Launch the complete game - Installation in progress ... 0%" ...
 
Basically, the game does what it wants, it starts or not, it is good luck chance. I am at a level of prodigious exasperation. For no reason, the game no longer has access to its own data.

Edit 7 days later : Actually to run the game, now I run it until it works ... (the Origin launcher and the shortcut to the game are in administrator mode).
