Thanks for coming to help me. I have a notebook that I play with, so the keyboard is the notebooks keyboard. I don't have controller or additional microphone or webcam but I just bought a new mouse. The only thing that I usually connect to my notebook is a laptop cooling pad or my phone. Could these causing this problem?
Or can the uRage mouse driver be the problem? I don't have any keyboard or mouse software other than this uRage thing and the Aurasync (asus notebook).

I disconnected the cooler and tried with two different mouse.

Community ManagerSorry, just wanted to show how it looks if it helps. Yes, it is missing but as I said, the problem is the lower ability don't want to work with any key in this mission. So I'm not able to continue the campaign. I tried how it works with no USB connected to the notebook it didn't. I don't know what to do.
