Summarize your bug I was not awarded a First Order Victory Crate

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 1/17/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) First time I launched the game that day, and every consecutive time since.
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log on to the game using my account.
What happens when the bug occurs? No victory crate rewarded.
What do you expect to see? A victory crate for the First Order available to open

First Order Victory crate was never awarded after winning the Season.

It's been several days and it still does not appear in game.

I never got a crate with epic star cards for phasma when picking the first order.
