Summarize your bug With the new update- I lost 10-15 levels per trooper class, thus resulting in numerous Card rank losses. I have contacted the live support and they sent me here to post this as they could not help me. With the update that just came out today, my levels were not restored. I have included a copy of the transcript of my conversation with the live support.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account save data before the update and check the account data after, if possible.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens, I just lost my levels.
What do you expect to see? I am missing so many levels on all my troopers. At this point, I feel that the only way for it to be fixed is to be given upgrade points for all of my troopers.

Ariel: Thank you, just to clarify, did you lose all the trooper class in your account?
you: I didn't lose all of the trooper class- but I lost rank in all the trooper classes. For example (1 of 4) my heavy was rank 43 and it dropped to 31, and most of my cards were taken down to level 1. My specialist, was 46, and it dropped to 30
you: Assault and officer both lost about 10 ( I don't play with them as much as heavy and specialist, so I don't remember the specific #)
you: honestly- it's possible I lost rank heroes and in the starships also- but I hardly ever play, so I don't know if I did or not. It would have been upgrades I earned from crates and the limited play I had

you: for a specific troubleshooting purpose from your end- It it possible, but since I play blast 90% of the time, I can't confirm if I am or not.

Ariel: Let me just consult this real quick to our specialist since for the most recent update that we have, as far as we're concern, it will only remove some certain items on the game as all of the characters are unlocked already.

Ariel: Thank you for waiting Travis, from what i can gather from our specialist, it seems that some players are actually experiencing the same issue regarding the loss of ranks for the Troopers Class, as of now we're unable to confirm how much was loss on your account and we'll gonna have to report this over to the studio team for further review, if possible, on your end, kindly post this as-well on our official forums so you could get a much faster response from the Studio team.
