Re: STAR CARDS WONT UPGRADE!!!!!!!!

Just so you know, I play on PS4. Also, I reached the requisite level, 15, on Saturday or Sunday. I've unsuccessfully attempted to upgrade to blue (rare) cards every day since then. In addition, I've restarted my PS4 numerous times. Obviously this puts us at a competitive disadvantage. Please help.
