Did this get resolved? With the new progression update it could be a blessing in disguise that you didn't spend them yet. If you actually got them back?
No, it didn't. I have tries messaging/contacting devs in a variety of ways, and this is an act more of desparation than anything. With the new progression system coming out, I am even more angered by this issue and the complete lack of a response I have received from anyone connected to the game.

You stated that you have tried to make contact to developers to solve your (terrible) issue, but have you contacted the customer support of EA?
Developers are not likely to handle specific personal cases. I think you have the best chance if you contact EA and tell them what happened.

Before you contact them, try to get them convinced that this really happened.
- When did this bug happen? (date, version of the game, platform)
- How many credits/crafting parts did you lose. If you have proof of your loss, that would speed things up

Thznk you for the link, but other than showing my current cp balance I can't show physical proof that they disappeared while I was logged out. D:

Whoa...I would have gone nuts having that many credits and not using them for a month. Knowing that I could be playing with massively upgraded characters and just sitting on those points instead would have made me crazy.
- Yeah, I got about 66% (no pun intended) of the parts back. Still needs addressed though
